Jovial Foods was founded by a passionate food-loving couple in 2016, Carla and Rodolfo. Both were raised in families of skilled home cooks, they cherish traditions and focus on ancient grain ingredients in their products.
When their daughter was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, they found a solution in einkorn, a nearly extinct wheat that offered relief.
