The original Lucky Charms carries a gluten free claim on its label. While they are not certified gluten free, General Mills assures on the Lucky Charms website that their cereal carries less that 20 ppm of gluten through their careful oat sifting and milling process, and dedicated gluten free trucks and rail cars.
It is important to note that the Whole Grain Oats listed in the ingredients are not certified gluten free, and the nutrition label does not carry an allergen statement.

Please note that Chocolate Lucky Charms and Fruity Lucky Charms are not gluten free.
