Catalina Crunch does a phenomenal job of creating a variety of flavors and products for Keto Snacks. This cinnamon toast inspired cereal is one of their many creations.

As excited as we were to try Catalina Crunch's version of Cinnamon Toast, this cereal was pretty disappointing. There was hardly any cinnamon flavor. While the texture was not terrible, it wasn't fantastic either. The cereal is harder than most cereals.
It is not certified gluten free, but is labeled gluten and grain free, as well as vegan and plant-based.
At about $5.99 a pouch, this cereal is similar in price to many cereals. Although we would pass on this particular flavor, Catalina Crunch does have other fantastic cereal flavors to choose from.
This cereal is non-GMO verified, and has no synthetic flavors or dyes. It also has little to no sugar, and is high in fiber, which is great for diabetics!
While these little cinnamon toast shapes may be attractive to a kid, and even adults, the flavor and texture are not very kid friendly or enticing.
Catalina Crunch is founded by an individual who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at an early age. He seeks to provide healthier snacks that are tasty for all individuals, regardless of diet restrictions.
