1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg beaten
5 Tablespoons melted butter
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1.5 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, beaten egg, butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
Using a spatula, fold in chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Form 6 large or 12 small rounds and flatten on cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Larger cookies will require a longer bake time. They are done when lightly golden around the edges.
Remove from oven and cool.
