Berry and Banana Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

1 lb. strawberries washed and frozen overnight

½ cup blueberries washed and frozen overnight

1 sliced banana

¾ cup greek yogurt

1 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions

Blend all ingredients together with some water. 

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

To loosen popsicles from molds, run under warm water for 30 seconds.
