2 Butterflied Chicken Breast
Handful of cranberries
3 tablespoons butter
10 sage leaves
juice of half a lemon
salt/pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Season butterflied chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown chicken and cook through. Set aside.
In a separate heavy-bottomed skillet, brown the butter. Take off the heat and add sage, lemon juice, and garlic.
