Garlic Confit

Ingredients

2 heads of garlic, cloves separated and peeled

1 cup of olive oil

2 sprigs rosemary

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 bay leaf

1 dried red chile

Directions

Bring ingredients to a simmer on low heat.

Simmer for 30 minutes until garlic is tender and golden brown.
