Ramen is a beloved dish for many, but for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease, finding a delicious gluten-free version can be a challenge. That's why we've created this recipe that's both gluten-free and packed with flavor. In this post, we'll walk you through the process of making a hearty bowl of gluten-free ramen with a flavorful broth, tender noodles, and your choice of toppings. So grab your chopsticks and let's get started!
Ingredients
1 packet Lotus Foods Rice Ramen (toss the seasoning packet)
1 Tablespoon Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrin brand Worcestershire brand is gluten free)
2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
1 clove sliced garlic
1 inch minced ginger
1 teaspoon olive oil
Cooked chicken
For topping:
Green Onion
Boiled Egg Sliced in Half
Bacon (make sure yours is gluten free)
Bean Sprouts
Directions
In a large saucepan, sautee 1 minced clove of garlic and ginger in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Add 2 cups of chicken bone broth. Bring to a boil, and add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and Worcestershire.
Add noodles and chicken. Cook until noodles are ready.
Pour into a wide bowl, and garnish with toppings of your choice. We love green onion, boiled egg, bacon, and bean sprouts (these will steam right in the bowl once you add them). Feel free to add whatever other ramen goodies you might want.
