Elderberries pack a ton of nutrients and provide an immune boost, especially on days when you are feeling under the weather. Elderberry Gummies

Ingredients

1 cup elderberry syrup

5 teaspoons grass-fed gelatin

Directions

Gently heat elderberry syrup and stir in gelatin until completely dissolved.

Spray silicone gummy trays with avocado oil. Use droppers to add elderberry syrup mixture to each well.

Refrigerate until set. About 2 hours.

Pack in an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
