This recipe combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tartness of blueberries and raspberries to make a delightful jam for your morning parfait or toast. Triple Berry Chia Seed Jam

Yield: 18 ounces or 2-¼ cups of jam

Ingredients

1 lb. quartered strawberries

1/2 lb. blueberries

1/2 lb. raspberries

1 c. sugar or less according to taste 

juice of 1/2 a lemon

1/4 - 1/3 c. chia seeds

Directions

Bring strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil. 

Simmer for 45 minutes and mash. 

Stir in chia seeds and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. 

Cool and fill in a jar. 

Refrigerate for up to 8 days.
