Kale and Mushroom Cream Pasta

Ingredients

1 small bunch of kale, stems removed, washed, and chopped

1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms

1/2 onion finely diced

2 cloves garlic finely minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup milk

pinch of nutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

2 Tablespoons Butter

Cooked Gluten Free Pasta (Jovial bow ties, rotini)

Parmesan cheese 

Directions

To prepare the Kale and Mushroom Cream Pasta, start by melting some butter in a sturdy skillet. 

Add some chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms, then sauté them over high heat until the mushrooms turn a golden brown.

Reduce the heat and add the chopped kale. Cook until the kale is wilted and fully cooked, then add some cream, milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

Stir in the cooked pasta, ensuring that the sauce is well-distributed. 

To serve, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese over the top of each dish.
