Cashew Tahini
Ingredients
2 c. gluten free old fashioned oats
¾ c. cashew pieces
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ c. sweetened shredded coconut
¼ c. tahini
¼ c. coconut oil
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake at 320 F for 25-30 minutes, stirring once in between.
Cool and enjoy.
This can be stored up to a week in an airtight container at room temperature.
