2 chicken breasts butterflied
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
4 cloves of garlic
1 Lemon sliced thinly
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
Finely chop rosemary and garlic. Add to a large bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add chicken breast and coat in rosemary and garlic mixture. Let sit for 20 minutes to marinate.
Melt butter in a heavy bottomed skillet.
Add chicken breasts with all marinade to the skillet. Top with lemon slices.
Brown chicken on both sides. Reduce heat and cook until chicken is cooked through.
