2 Tablespoons Butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 large cloves garlic minced finely
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a heavy bottomed sauce pan.
Add garlic and cream.
Right when cream comes to a boil, turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add to your favorite pasta.
You can reheat this sauce but you must reheat it on the stove slowly or it will melt into butter.
Make this a full and healthy meal by topping your favorite noodles with vegetables and grilled chicken.
